As a Shift Leader at Mondial Relay, you are the driving force behind our logistics operations. Based in Vianen, you will lead a team of warehouse employees during the morning, afternoon, and/or night shifts. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and error-free processing of millions of parcels. Your leadership will ensure that every parcel arrives on time and in perfect condition.

What will you be doing? Your main task is to manage, coach, and motivate your team. You will ensure optimal staff planning and be responsible for daily operations. You will monitor safety, resolve operational bottlenecks, and report performance to management. You will also play a crucial role in the onboarding, training, and development of new and existing employees.

Wat wij bieden

Salary between €2950 and €3250 gross per month based on experience, excluding bonuses, including accrual of vacation pay and days off.
