About the role
Role: Global Inside Sales
Location: Amsterdam
Language: English
WFH policy: Hybrid, minimum 2 days/week in office
Industry: B2B SaaS (targeting regulated sectors, banking/financial services focus)
Product: Digital Identity Management
Size and functions of local team: ~6months full cycle sales
Coachable and growth orientated
Team player but self-sufficient and able to work independently
Nice to haves:
Background or significant exposure to banking/financial sector
Experience working across EU and US markets
Salary range & secondary benefits: max 76k OTE (58.5k base incl holiday + 17.5k bonus uncapped)
Monthly Gross Salary: €2401 - €4.347
Sales Bonus: 30% annually, uncapped
PCB/PKB (personal choice budget): 12% of annual base salary
28 days holiday
