Production Engineer Rack

We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer with a solid background in the electronics or high-tech sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our production environment meets the highest standards of efficiency and quality. It's a fulltime job at Super Micro in 's-Hertogenbosch, working times from 7.30 - 16.00.

• Salary based on experience between € 4000 / 5500

• Communicator: Fluent in English with the ability to bridge the gap between production operators and cross-functional teams.

• Physical & Mental Agility: You are comfortable with manual handling (standing position/rack installation) and can manage multiple tasks with a proactive approach.

Your Mission: Drive Excellence in Rack Integration
As our Rack Integration Engineer, you are the technical heartbeat of our production floor. You don't just follow the process; you master, improve, and lead it.
Your key responsibilities:

• Optimize & Maintain: Analyze production data to implement continuous improvement initiatives. You ensure all machinery is calibrated and maintained to minimize downtime.
• Analyze & Report: Maintain accurate records of performance and output, providing management with insightful daily and weekly reports.
• Resource Management: Keep production moving by monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, preventing any disruptions.
• Collaborative Leadership: Support the manager in coordinating the team, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a culture of environmental sustainability.
