Over de vacature:

As an Allround Production Employee, you will work at a modern iron foundry that manufactures parts for the automotive industry, trains, fire brigades, and various other sectors. You’ll join a company specialized in sand casting complex products made from high-quality aluminum alloys. The unique combination of a modern molding line, casting robots, computer-controlled sand preparation, and precise heat treatment forms the basis for flexible and economic production runs from dozens to over 10,000 pieces.

You will work across various departments, such as the smelting and grinding areas. You will also be involved in post-processing activities like sawing, deburring, and blasting, ensuring every product is perfectly finished. In addition, you may participate in internal heat treatment and quality control processes. Extensive testing and inspection facilities guarantee high quality standards; in the climate-controlled measurement room, X-ray, penetrant, optical, and mechanical tests are performed. The foundry also performs spectrum analysis, temperature, microstructure, and density measurements. Every day, your work helps ensure these high standards are met.

Wat wij vragen:

At least a VMBO, HAVO, or MBO level of working and thinking Eager to learn and interested in technology Preferably 1 to 10 years of experience in a production environment (junior and medior candidates welcome) Accurate and able to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible to work across different departments
