This engineer yachtbuilding designs the perfect technical foundation for the most exclusive yachts

• Developing complete technical designs for yacht structures;
• Creating detailed 3D technical drawings for construction and production;
• Designing and engineering hull construction;
• Designing outfitting and exterior structural components;
• Translating design plans into accurate, production-ready drawings;
• Ensuring all designs meet strict technical and quality requirements;
• Collaborating on the engineering of fully custom yacht designs;
• Supporting work preparation through precise and well-structured documentation;
• Gaining and applying knowledge of the full yacht construction process.

You are eager to learn more and are open to developments and innovation in the sector.

• A bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of relevant work experience, or a secondary vocational education in shipbuilding with 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Hands-on experience with structural design within the shipbuilding or yacht building industry;
• Experience with CATIA or Siemens NX, and with AutoCAD;
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Analytical and systematic work ethics;
• The eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

• A gross monthly salary between € 3750 en € 4400
