Data Specialist Credit Risk

In this role, you combine deep technical expertise with a solid understanding of data challenges and solutions in the financial services industry. You are responsible for maintaining highest quality standards for data solutions Valcon develops and you guide clients in their journeys to becoming fully data-driven organisations.

Guiding & Connecting: You’ll design complex, scalable data solutions that enable seamless risk and finance modelling and reporting. By connecting business requirements with technical implementation, you’ll create maximum value for clients while following industry best practices in data warehousing, quality, and governance.

Innovation & Standardization: You’ll stay ahead of market developments in data solutions and methodologies, translating them into new approaches and standards for Valcon. You’ll shape how we build analytics solutions and ensure we maintain our technical leadership in the data space.

Inspiring Mentorship: You’ll mentor senior specialists and specialists, actively contributing to knowledge sharing through expert training and coaching. Your guidance will help colleagues grow professionally and technically in the data domain of financial services organisations.

Trusted Advisor: Clients see you as the expert. You’ll join strategic sessions, guide architectural discussions, help frame data requirements, and identify opportunities where data solutions create business value.
