Position: Line Leader

Function Purpose:
Responsible for achieving planned production targets while ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations through proper use of processes and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team

• Ensure accurate performance of tasks with focus on quality, hygiene, and safety

• Register production data and report daily activities

• Monitor processes, equipment, and product deviations

• Solve minor machine malfunctions and support process optimization

• Ensure correct labeling, traceability, and product sorting

Requirements

• Stress-resistant, flexible, solution-oriented

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

• Quality-focused mindset

• MBO level 3 or equivalent

• HACCP knowledge

• Good command of Dutch and/or English

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)

• Exposure to noise and temperature changes

• Use of personal protective equipment

• Shift work (two shifts)

Salary & Benefits

• €18.60 - €20.70 per hour, plus additional allowances

• 114% shift allowance for a two-shift system;
• Overtime allowance of 25% for extra hours beyond your schedule;
• Cold work allowance (only if you work in cooled areas):
• € 0,62 per hour in deep-freeze areas;
• € 0,21 per hour in cold storage (-10°C to +7°C);
• € 0,09 per hour in cool working areas (7°C to 12°C);
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 3.25% year-end bonus;
• Pension from your first working day;
• Travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometr when travelling with own transport;
• 5 minutes paid daily for hygiene preparation

Housing and transport arranged by FlexDirect if needed

• MBO level 3 or equivalent;
• Knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English;
• Stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented;
• Team player with attention to quality and safety.
