For Cordstrap in Oostrum (near Venray), we are looking for operators to work in 3 shifts. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and plenty of room for independence. Cordstrap is an ambitious and internationally operating production company based in Oostrum that produces various solutions for securing transport loads. They supply their transport securing and strapping systems to companies in the chemical, construction, logistics, port, and industrial sectors. This provides protection for transport by rail, sea, road, and air.

We are looking for an operator who:

• Professes Dutch or English
• Has experience in production and demonstrable technical affinity

What can you expect as an operator at Cordstrap?

• Salary between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month, including shift allowance
• Travel allowance
• A direct contract with the company after 3 months if you perform well
• Full-time position in 3 shifts with opportunities for growth (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00)

As a process operator, you'll work in friendly teams of 2 or 3 people on multiple machines.

As an operator, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing production work
• Starting and stopping the machine
• Monitoring the production process and product quality
• Converting the machine to a different product
• Maintaining the machine
• Managing the production line
