• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Administration, Offshore Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Well-organized with strong leadership abilities
• Experience with CRM/ERP software and MS Project
• Risk awareness and problem-solving creativity
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
