Operator 5 shifts - English/dutch permanent job

For a modern and highly automated production facility in the Netherlands, we are looking for Operators who want to play an important role in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work with advanced production equipment and be responsible for keeping the production process running safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

As an Operator, you will monitor production lines, perform basic maintenance tasks, identify and resolve minor technical issues, ensure the correct supply of materials, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support and guide colleagues where needed and help maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.

5-Shift Schedule
You will work a rotating schedule of 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, and 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off. This provides a good work-life balance with regular extended periods of free time.

Gevraagd

• At least 1 year of experience in a production or operator role
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and responsible attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Availability to work in a continuous 5-shift schedule
