The Almere location is one of A-ware Packaging’s main production facilities, where a wide variety of cheeses are processed, sliced, packaged, and prepared for distribution. The site supplies cheese products to some of the largest supermarket chains in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

About the Job

As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the quality handling and internal logistics transport of cheese products. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a smooth flow of goods between the warehouse and production departments.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operating a reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Placing newly arrived cheese products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Supplying production lines with the correct matured cheeses.
• Transporting and storing finished products.
• Supporting the smooth operation of all departments.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

What You Will Receive:

• Starting salary of €17.19 gross per hour.
• 40% shift allowance for night shifts.
• 30% shift allowance for afternoon shifts.
• 8.33% holiday allowance on top of your salary.
• 25 vacation days per year (full-time basis, pro rata for part-time).

Requirements:

• Good command of the English of Dutch language.

• Valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• Available to work all shifts according to the weekly schedule.
• Previous reach truck experience and a valid certificate are an advantage.
