Beentjes GWW is growing, both within infrastructure and civil concrete construction. That is why we are looking for a mid-level or senior Civil Project Manager who thrives on technically challenging projects and wants to take responsibility from preparation to completion. At Beentjes, you do not work remotely from the project, but rather close to the execution, together with a dedicated team on bridges, flood defenses, pumping stations, and water treatment plants.

What will you be doing?

As a Civil Project Manager, you are responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling civil concrete construction projects. You manage planning, budget, quality, and safety, and ensure that projects are executed and delivered according to agreement.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading civil projects from preparation to realization.

• Creating and monitoring schedules, budgets, and progress.

• Coordinating design choices and execution methods.

• Managing project teams, site managers, work planners, and involved partners.

• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Identifying opportunities, risks, and deviations and adjusting accordingly in a timely manner.

• Monitoring quality, safety, and contractual agreements.

What do you bring?

For a mid-level or senior profile, it is important that you are not only technically strong but also understand what is required to manage a project independently.

Therefore, we are looking for someone with:

• A completed MBO or HBO education; a degree in Civil Engineering is a major plus.

• Several years of relevant work experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, or civil concrete construction.

• Experience in a role as project manager, assistant project manager, site manager, or senior work planner.

• Knowledge of project control, financial monitoring, procurement, and managing subcontractors.

• Experience with contracts and preferably knowledge of RAW, UAV, and STABU.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage, address, and motivate people.

• A practical, entrepreneurial attitude and the willingness to take responsibility.
