A Senior Fullstack Developer for our Customer Care Platform-team. Together, we build and evolve the digital solutions behind subscription management, self-service applications and customer interactions used by millions of customers across the Benelux.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll help shape the customer-facing platforms that support some of Mediahuis' most important digital services. Working across the full stack, you'll contribute to reliable, scalable and future-proof solutions that make a direct impact on the customer experience.

• You design, build, test and maintain end-to-end solutions across the full stack.

• You develop and evolve applications within a modern microservices architecture based on .NET, Node.js and React.

• You work closely with developers, technical analysts and product stakeholders to translate business needs into high-quality solutions.

• You contribute to architectural discussions, perform code reviews and help shape engineering best practices.

• You monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve production systems to ensure reliability and performance.

• You explore AI-assisted development and new technologies to further enhance quality and productivity.

• You actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.

What's on your CV is important, but it is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. Above all, you're someone who combines technical expertise with ownership, curiosity and a pragmatic mindset. You communicate fluently in English and feel comfortable working in an international environment across the Benelux. Knowledge of Dutch is considered a strong asset. You enjoy collaborating with others and like building solutions that have a direct impact on the customer experience.

You have experience with C#/.NET and TypeScript/JavaScript and feel comfortable working across the full stack. You understand how modern distributed applications are built and have experience with REST APIs, relational databases and CI/CD practices. You enjoy sharing knowledge, participating in architectural discussions and continuously improving the way software is built.Experience with technologies such as Python, FastAPI, Redis, RabbitMQ, Azure, AWS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Auth0, API gateways and AI-assisted development is considered a plus.

You'll join TPS, the international technology organization of Mediahuis. More specifically, you'll become part of the Customer Care Platform-team, a multidisciplinary team of developers, technical analysts and specialists who build and maintain the digital services supporting subscription management, CRM integrations and customer interactions across the Benelux. The role is based in Amsterdam. We work according to a hybrid model and expect colleagues to spend two days per week in the office. You'll occasionally travel to Antwerp to collaborate with colleagues from across the group.
