As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. And by transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are making small and big moments possible for people all around the world. Join our Air Logistics Semicon team on a one‑year contract with the prospect of permanent employment and help ensure smooth, accurate export flows for top semiconductor companies in the Netherlands. - Prepare transport instructions and coordinate import/export shipments, including required documentation
- Collaborate with the Customs team to ensure compliant and timely processes
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client
- Process and organize shipment data and files, verifying documents from external partners
- Maintain accurate information in internal systems to support operational visibility
- Vocational qualification or relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably within Air Logistics
- Availability to work in shifts
- Strong customer focus with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
