For a growing civil engineering company, we are looking for a Civil Site Manager who knows exactly how things work on the construction site. Someone who enjoys managing a team, maintains good contact with clients, and ensures that the work is simply done well and safely.

The projects are as varied as the weather in the Netherlands: one moment you are building a bridge or viaduct, the next you are helping with a pumping station or sewer renovation. Everything they do contributes to a more accessible and water-safe Netherlands.

What will you be doing?

As a site manager, you see what needs to be done — and you make it happen.

• Planning the work and distributing the tasks
• Maintain an overview so that everyone knows what needs to be done.
• Managing colleagues and subcontractors on the project
• Monitoring planning, safety, quality, and costs.
• Consult with the client and keep everyone informed
• Contributing ideas for smart solutions and sustainable working methods.
• Ensuring a neat handover that everyone is satisfied with.

What are you bringing?

• Experience as a site manager, foreman, or work planner in civil engineering.
• MBO or HBO level (or equivalent work and thinking level).
• Driving license B and VCA-VOL
• You appreciate clarity, work safely, and have an eye for quality.
• You get along well with people, and people listen to you.
• Affinity with sustainability and electric equipment
