Akerbouw is a construction and restoration company where craftsmanship and quality take center stage. With a team of approximately 40 colleagues, we work on unique new build, renovation, and restoration projects in North Holland. Due to growth, we are looking for a Site Manager to ensure projects run smoothly on the construction site.

What will you be doing?

As a Site Manager, you are the operational supervisor on the construction site. You ensure that projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards. You manage carpenters, foremen, and subcontractors and serve as the point of contact on location.

Your duties:

• Managing construction teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring planning, progress, and quality
• Ensuring safety on the construction site
• Coordinating materials and logistics
• Coordinating with project leader and clients
• Identifying and discussing additional and reduced work
• Responsible for accurate project administration

What are you bringing?

• MBO or HBO Construction Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a site manager or foreman
• Experience with new construction, renovation, or restoration
• Strong communication skills
• Structured and solution-oriented approach
• In possession of a B driving licence (BE is a plus)
