Mid-level Revit Modeler - Westerhaar (32-40 hours)
At Human Capital, we are looking for a mid-level Revit Modeler for a leading engineering firm working on sustainable, future-proof infrastructure and civil construction projects in Overijssel. You will work from Westerhaar in a close-knit team of 25 colleagues that collaborates closely with colleagues in Zwolle on projects with significant societal impact.
About the position
As a mid-level Revit Modeler, you will design and model 3D structures for high-rise buildings, residential buildings, tunnels, and movable bridges.
You will ensure the quality and consistency of the Revit model throughout all project phases and translate integrated designs into complete information models.
You will proactively coordinate with project managers, architects, and structural engineers and actively contribute ideas regarding innovation and process improvement in modeling.
Your profile
• MBO or HBO diploma (Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar).
• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as a Revit Modeler; strong knowledge of Revit Structure.
• Preference: experience with Civil 3D, 3ds Max, or Inventor.
• You work independently on sub-projects, are eager to learn, accurate, and actively seek collaboration.
• Solution-oriented, creative, and quality-driven.
Employment Conditions
• Mid-level salary indication: €3,200 - €4,200 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience.
• 30 vacation days (based on full-time), travel and telephone allowance.
• Good pension scheme with an attractive employer contribution.
