Assembly Operator

As an Assembly Operator, you'll play an important role in the production process at Brink Towing Systems. Using clear work instructions and modern tools such as a pick-by-light system, you'll assemble high-quality towbars that are used by customers across Europe. Depending on the department, you'll either work independently at your own workstation or together with your colleagues on the assembly line. You'll carry out quality checks to make sure every product meets Brink's high standards. You'll receive a comprehensive onboarding programme, allowing you to develop your skills and grow into a versatile Assembly Operator. The position is in a 2-shift system from 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00. Some tasks involve lifting, but lifting equipment is available whenever needed.

As a Assembly Operator, you will be joining Brink Towing Systems in Staphorst, a leading technical manufacturing company specializing in producing towbars for the automotive sector. With years of experience in the industry, Brink Towing Systems produces towbars that are used worldwide. The towbars are manufactured entirely within the organization, from start to finish.

• Gross salary starting from €19.72 per hour, including 15% shift allowance and 4.98% ADV.
