The Inbound Department is responsible for the correct receipt of goods into the warehouse and preparing them for further logistics processes. Your main duties will include:

• Receiving deliveries and verifying their compliance with documentation,
• Performing quantity and quality checks of incoming goods,
• Scanning products and registering data in the WMS system,
• Labelling products according to applicable procedures,
• Sorting goods,
• Placing pallets in the correct warehouse locations (put-away),
• Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• accurate and detail-oriented,
• committed and responsible in their approach to work,
• well-organised,
• able to operate electronic devices and warehouse scanners.

• Communicative knowledge of English,
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse position,
• Familiarity with warehouse scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
• Ability to operate an electric pallet truck (EPT) and a valid certificate.

• Employment from Monday to Friday,
• One-shift work from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM,
• Weekly working hours: 38.75 hours,
• Salary of €15.44 gross per hour,
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre (for distances over 10 km),
• Stable employment in a modern and well-organised working environment.
