You will be working at Arvato in Lelystad, where a brand-new logistics operation is being built. This gives you the opportunity to grow with the company from day one in a modern warehouse environment. Together with colleagues from different countries, you'll ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. Teamwork, quality, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything you do.
Working hours
You will be working in two shifts:
- Early Shift: 06:00 - 15:00
- Late Shift: 15:00 - 00:00
Help build a brand-new logistics operation as an Order Picker at Arvato in Lelystad. In this varied role, you'll ensure customer orders are processed accurately and prepared for shipment on time. You'll earn a gross hourly wage of €14.99, receive travel reimbursement, pension accrual, and have the opportunity to secure a direct contract with Arvato if you perform well. Please note! You will start on November 15. During the period from November 1 until your start date, you will receive waiting pay for the first two weeks.
Your tasks include:
- Processing orders using a laptop
- Picking and handling products
- Sorting and inspecting goods
- Packing orders according to the correct guidelines
- Applying shipping labels and transport documents
- Preparing shipments for transport
- Gross salary of €14.99 per hour
- Temporary employment contract through Manpower
- Opportunity for a direct contract with Arvato based on good performance
- Travel reimbursement according to Arvato's policy
- Full-time or part-time position of 32 to 40 hours per week
- Pension accrual through Manpower

- Good command of the English language
