• We are looking for a Working / All-Round Cleaning Operator who combines practical cleaning work with coordinating daily operations. You'll work alongside your team while ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

• As a Working / All-Round Cleaning Operator, you will:
  • Lead and support the cleaning team during your shift
  • Work alongside the team and actively participate in cleaning activities
  • Divide daily tasks and monitor progress
  • Ensure all cleaning procedures and quality standards are followed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
  • Coach colleagues and address performance or safety issues when necessary
  • Identify problems and find practical solutions
  • Report progress and important updates to the Shift Leader

• You are someone who enjoys taking responsibility and isn't afraid to lead by example.

• Have experience in industrial or production cleaning
• Have previous experience coordinating or supervising a team (preferred)
• Are willing to work in a three-shift schedule
• Take initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Communicate confidently with colleagues
• Stay organised and perform well under pressure
• Are solution-oriented and quality-focused

• ✅ Gross hourly salary between €15.40 and €16.00
