Operator

As a CNC Toolgrinder, you will work with advanced CNC grinding machines and be responsible for setting up and operating the machines. If you do not yet have the right experience for the CNC Toolgrinder position, you may be able to start as a Pre-Setup Employee. In this role, you will learn the technical tasks involved and prepare various machines and production processes.

CNC Toolgrinder

In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating advanced CNC grinding machines. You will load the correct programs and data, monitor the production process, and intervene when necessary to ensure quality.

Pre-Setup Employee

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and setting up various machines
• Loading programs
• Installing grinding wheels on the machines
• Preparing materials and tools
• Measuring and inspecting manufactured products
• Supporting the CNC Toolgrinders and the production process

Working Hours - 2 Shifts

• Morning shift: 05:30 - 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 13:45 - 22:30

• MBO-4 level of education and working experience (preferably in machining or mechanical engineering);
• Affinity with CNC machining processes;
• Accurate, eager to learn, responsible, and proactive;
• A team player who can also work independently;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English;
• Available to work full-time;
• Willing to work in a two-shift system, with the possibility of working regular day shifts.

• Starting salary from €2,796 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

• Approximately €15.98 gross per hour, based on 38.75 hours per week;
• 20% shift allowance;
• Possibility of receiving a contract directly with the client;
