Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are in a two-shift schedule:

• Early Shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Late Shift: 15:00 - 00:00

Quality comes first. As a Quality Employee at Arvato, you make sure products leave the warehouse only when they meet the highest standards. Earn up to €17.00 gross per hour, receive a travel allowance, and build up a pension while working in a modern logistics environment. Perform well and you could secure a contract with Arvato. Please note that your official start date is 16 November. However, you will receive waiting pay (or salary) from 1 November onwards.

As a Quality Employee, you will be responsible for:

• Checking product components, labels, and barcodes
• Performing visual and physical inspections of assembled products
• Registering quality checks on the production line
• Inspecting pallets before shipment
• Assessing packaging quality and pallet stability
• Verifying quantities on pallets
• Recording inspection results using checklists
• Identifying quality deviations and helping maintain high standards

• Availability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• Good command of the English language due to daily communication and work instructions
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience with a scanner is a plus
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
• Possession of a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or willingness to apply for one
• Good physical condition due to the active nature of the role
• Flexible attitude and willingness to support other tasks when needed
