Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer to strengthen their advertising engineering team. You’ll help shape and scale a system that serves millions of ad impressions each month across ~150 websites and several apps.

You will:

• Develop and optimize ad blocks and banners that maximize revenue while maintaining UX

• Build and maintain high-performance ad scripts with minimal libraries

• Work on CMP flows (Consent Management) and privacy-compliant ad delivery

• Create tools to automate bidding, reporting, inventory handling, and more

• Monitor performance, test new formats, and stay ahead of legal & tech trends

• Dive deep into browser-level optimizations and rendering behavior

• Collaborate with sales and product stakeholders to deliver business impact

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role in a compact team. Code often goes straight to production so confidence and accountability are essential.

What specifically do you need?

• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML & CSS

• Experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or Next.js

• A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

• Curiosity for browser internals and performance optimization

• Experience with advertising ecosystems (Google Ads, programmatic, CMPs) is a plus

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and solve complex problems

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
