Head of People and Culture

• Lead and inspire a high-performing People team to support rapid growth while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and transparency.
• Ensure core values are prioritized as the organization scales, promoting a high-performing workplace where employees feel valued and empowered.
• Develop frameworks for performance management, career development, and leadership that support employees throughout their journey.
• Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Continuously improve engagement and retention through data-driven insights, ensuring employees feel heard and supported.
• Drive efficiency across all People functions, from payroll and benefits to employee relations, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

• 7+ years of HR experience, including some leadership experience.
• A proven track record in scaling HR functions, ideally within a scale-up or high-growth company (300+ employees preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Project management experience within HR.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills—capable of building frameworks and implementing them effectively.
• A highly empathetic approach, prioritizing people and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, leveraging data to inform strategies and drive improvements.
• Experience with scaling across multiple countries is a strong plus.
• Current residency in the Netherlands or willingness to relocate (this is not a remote position).
• Fluency in Dutch (preferred) and strong English communication skills.
