Pot machine operator

What you'll be doing
For a modern bromeliad nursery, we are looking for a Potting Machine Operator. In this role, you make sure that young cuttings are neatly placed into pots. The pots are then automatically processed by the potting machine and placed on tables so the plants can grow optimally. What will you do? • Carefully place cuttings into pots. • Work on the potting machine. • Check that the process runs smoothly. • Collaborate with colleagues to keep production running smoothly. • Possibly step in on another department if needed.

• Full-time position
• Work within a stable and growing horticultural company
• Salary according to the Dutch Greenhouse Horticulture Collective Labour Agreement (CAO), between €15.00 and € 16,50 per hour depending on your experience
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• 25 vacation days
• Communication possible in Dutch or English.
