Machine Operator

What you'll be doing
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for correctly setting up the steel cutting machine. The machine is used to cut steel plates with a thickness of 4 to 40 mm. Your responsibilities will include: setting up and operating the steel cutting machine, monitoring the cutting process and ensuring the high quality of finished components, loading and unloading steel plates to and from the machine using an overhead crane, transporting components using a forklift, carrying out orders prepared by the production preparation department, working closely with other employees and supporting each other in carrying out tasks, informing colleagues about the progress of the work being performed.

You'll receive

• A contract directly with the employer. Attractive salary - depending on experience, from €3,400 to €3,900 gross per month.

• Fixed working hours: Monday-Thursday: 07:15-16:15, Friday: 07:15-14:30, so your weekend starts earlier.

The ideal candidate

• Interest in technology and experience in the technical industry,
• Experience in metalworking is an advantage,
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or English,
• Own transport to work,
• Own accommodation.
