Brief description Team Leader Technical Service Maintenance
As Maintenance Team Leader, you will strengthen our maintenance team at our 24/5 production site in Veenendaal. You will lead a team of approximately eight breakdown technicians, some of whom work on a three-shift schedule and others on day shifts.
Together with your team, you ensure reliable and efficient technical support for our production processes. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to our ambitious growth objective: SanoRice Netherlands aims to double the factory's production capacity in the coming years.

You are part of the Technical Service team, which includes a maintenance engineer, technical buyer, planner & work preparer, facility coordinator, project engineer, and two team leaders. Each team leader has their own area of responsibility within the machinery. Together, you work on developing your team's skills, ensuring stable staffing, and guaranteeing production continuity.

What do we offer you?
You will receive a salary between €5,500 and €6,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours), commensurate with your experience. In addition, we offer ample opportunities for development through training, courses, and education, a permanent contract, 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme where SanoRice pays two-thirds of the premium.

Wat is jouw rol?

You make a difference by guiding, developing, and coaching your team. Together with your team, you are responsible for maintaining the availability and reliability of all packaging lines. In this position, you work the day shift and report to the Technical Service Manager.
You are highly motivated to work with your mechanics to manage the short-term availability of the machinery, and additionally, to use tactical insight to determine what is needed to further improve your team in the long term. Naturally, you are capable of achieving a joint production result together with your stakeholders, such as Production, Quality Department, and HSE.

In addition, you are responsible for:

• Process improvement means that the team needs to take the next step in working in a structured manner with Ultimo, and in adequate fault follow-up and registration.
• Developing a relatively new team by guiding and coaching, and finding a healthy balance between team spirit and organizational objectives
• Monitoring and managing against established standards and KPIs for the department
• Coordinating preventive work and breakdowns
• Identifying deficiencies and making suggestions for improvement
• Creating the work schedule
• 5S in the workshop
• Giving substance to the applicable company and hygiene rules through an active and directive attitude.

What are you going to do?
40% - Responsible for the availability and reliability of all packaging lines. 20% - Managing, guiding, and developing your team. 10% - Coordinating and monitoring the execution of maintenance and breakdown work. 10% - Drawing up and coordinating the work schedule. 10% - Monitoring departmental objectives, standards, and KPIs. 10% - Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety within the workshop.

Wat neem je mee?

You are a decisive and people-oriented leader, and you also recognize yourself in the points below:

• A completed MBO 4 education, for example in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics;
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar position, preferably within the food sector;
• Experience within a production environment and familiarity with the associated quality, safety, and hygiene regulations;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
• Good computer skills, including extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite;
• Experience with a maintenance management system;
