Cleaning and Facility Services Department Employee

What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include, among other things: cleaning sanitary facilities, staircases, changing rooms, windows, the rooftop terrace and equipment, preparing and serving meals in the canteen, washing dishes and keeping the canteen clean and organized, operating the cash register, restocking and cleaning equipment, unpacking deliveries, checking deliveries and putting goods away, assisting in the kitchen with cooking, baking and cleaning tasks.

The work is varied and can be physically demanding. The main shift is the afternoon shift: 14:00-22:00. Occasionally, you may be required to work a day shift. Work also takes place on weekends and public holidays according to the schedule. As information needs to be passed on between shifts, a basic knowledge of Dutch is an advantage, allowing you to communicate easily with colleagues.

You'll receive

• Salary of €2,846-€3,301 gross per month for full-time employment (38 hours per week),
• Depending on experience, a direct employment contract with Tuinderij Vers,
• Employment in accordance with the Dutch collective labor agreement,
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld),

The ideal candidate

• Willingness to work and commitment,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Experience in cleaning or facility services is an advantage,
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week and willingness to work mainly afternoon shifts,
• Basic knowledge of Dutch, Polish is an advantage
• Own accommodation and transport to work.
