We are looking for Forklift and Reachtruck Operators in Etten-Leur!

As a Forklift / Reachtruck Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving and storing goods within the warehouse. You may work with a forklift, reachtruck, or both, depending on your experience and the department you are assigned to.

As a Forklift / Reachtruck Operator, you may be assigned to different departments within the warehouse. Your responsibilities may include:

• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Moving pallets and goods safely within the warehouse;
• Placing pallets in the correct locations and retrieving goods from storage racks;
• Supplying different warehouse departments with products and materials;
• Preparing and moving orders for further processing or shipment;
• Checking goods and pallets for visible damage;
• Working with a hand scanner and/or warehouse system;
• Keeping the workplace clean, organised and safe;
• Following all safety procedures and warehouse instructions.

Important

Working on Saturdays and Sundays is a regular part of this position. During the interview, we will always ask whether you are willing and available to work weekends.

Working Hours

You will work in a two-shift system.

Day Shift

• 06:00 - 15:00, or
• 07:00 - 16:00

Evening Shift

• 15:00 - 23:00, or
• 16:00 - 00:00

Exact working hours may vary depending on the department you are assigned to.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a good level of English to understand work instructions and communicate with colleagues and supervisors;
• Have experience operating a forklift and/or reachtruck;
• Are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Are motivated, accurate and responsible;
• Work safely and follow warehouse procedures;
• Are physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

What do you get?

• Gross hourly wage: €15.30 per hour
• 20% shift allowance on all hours worked between 18:00 and 24:00;
• Overtime pay for hours worked above 40 hours per week;
• Travel allowance for commuting distances of more than 10 km;
