Hands-on Team Leader - Garlic Breaking Production

• Set up and adjust the garlic breaking machines;
• Make sure the machines are breaking the garlic as efficiently as possible;
• Check the quality of the garlic during production;
• Adjust the machines when necessary;
• Organize and coordinate the daily work of the production team;
• Work together with the team on the production floor;
• Train and support new employees;
• Make sure employees follow the correct working methods;
• Weigh and register the amount of raw material going into production;
• Weigh and register waste and rejected product;
• Weigh and register the amount of finished product;
• Enter production results correctly into our system;
• Check the balance between input, waste and finished product;
• Identify unusual production results, quality problems or high waste percentages;
• Keep the workplace clean, safe and organized;
• Report important production or quality issues to the Production Leader.

Gevraagd

• Has several years of relevant production experience;
• Preferably has experience in food production;
• Has experience working with production machines;
• Has good technical understanding and is able to adjust machines when necessary;
• Has experience guiding, training or supervising other employees;
• Is comfortable taking responsibility for a small production team;
• Has a good eye for product quality;
• Understands the importance of production efficiency and reducing waste;
• Can accurately weigh, check and register production results;
• Is comfortable working with a computer or production registration system;
• Can clearly explain tasks and working methods to employees;
• Notices problems quickly and actively looks for solutions;
• Can stay calm and organized during busy production days;
• Is practical, reliable and willing to work together with the team.

• Polish is required;
• In addition, you must be able to communicate well in either English or Dutch.

Aanbod

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,300, depending on experience and skills;
