In our central bakery in Hengevelde, you will help create artisanal pastry products using pure ingredients. Do you also love making traditional bakery products? Good news! Bakkerij Nollen is looking for an Assistant Pastry Baker to join our team as soon as possible, for 24-38 hours per week.

- Prepare, weigh, and measure ingredients following the recipe.
- Prepare and work with different types of dough, cake mixtures, fillings, creams, and decorations.
- Set up and operate bakery machines and equipment.
- Bake, finish, and decorate pastry products following our guidelines.
- Check the quality, weight, shape, texture, taste, and appearance of the products.
- Find and solve problems during production.
- Keep your workplace and equipment clean and follow HACCP and company hygiene rules.
- Record important production and quality information.
- Take good care of ingredients, materials, and machines.
- Help improve product quality and the way we work.
- Work together with your colleagues and share important information with the next shift.
- You are a team player who likes to get the job done.
- You are flexible and willing to work evenings or weekends.
- You are interested in pastry and bread making.
- You live no more than 50 km from Hengevelde.
