ZAMAK Machine Operator - 3 Shifts

As a ZAMAK Machine Operator, you will operate machines that manufacture precision metal components using high-pressure die casting. ZAMAK is a metal alloy that is melted and injected under high pressure into a mould, creating accurate components used in security products for windows and doors. You will be responsible for setting up the machines, monitoring the production process, checking product quality, and responding when something goes wrong. You will also assist with changing moulds and perform minor technical work on the machines. Previous ZAMAK experience is not essential - candidates with good technical understanding and a strong willingness to learn can be trained for the position. You will work 40 hours per week in a three-shift system. The base salary is €18.44 gross per hour, plus a 13.3% shift allowance and 4.98% ADV allowance, resulting in approximately €21.81 gross per hour including these allowances.

• Operating, setting up, and adjusting ZAMAK die-casting machines
• Monitoring the production process and performing quality checks
• Identifying and, where possible, resolving minor machine malfunctions
• Assisting with installing and removing moulds
• Performing basic technical tasks and recording production data

• Good communicative English
• Technical insight and genuine interest in machines and production processes
• Experience as an operator, machine operator, or production worker is preferred, but technically skilled candidates can also be trained
• Accurate, responsible, and quality-conscious working attitude
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
