Process Operator - Five-Shift Schedule | 6 Days On, 4 Days Off

Would you like to work as a Process Operator in a five-shift schedule, with a strong salary, plenty of time off and excellent opportunities to develop yourself? In this role, you will work an average of 33.6 hours per week on a fixed schedule of six working days followed by four days off.
You will join a technical production environment, working with processes including extrusion and thermoforming. You will be responsible for your own production line, ensuring that the process remains stable and that finished products meet quality requirements.
Do you already have operator experience? You can quickly become independent in the role. If you do not yet have all the experience but have strong technical insight, we will train you step by step to become a fully qualified Process Operator.

What will you do?
As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. You will:

• Develop towards independently operating your own production line
• Work with extrusion, thermoforming, cutting and stacking processes
• Set up machinery and make adjustments during production
• Monitor quality, output and process stability
• Resolve faults and learn to analyse their root causes
• Stop the production line when necessary to protect quality and safety
• Actively contribute ideas for process improvements
• Work with recycled materials, where each batch may behave differently

The main challenge lies in the relationship between the material, machinery and process settings. You will learn how to align these factors to achieve a stable process and consistently high-quality finished products.

• Already work as an operator and want to develop further
• Have technical insight or a strong interest in engineering and technology
• Want to do more than operate machines and genuinely understand the process

• Have a good command of Dutch or English
