Wat ga je doen?
As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, safely and in line with the required quality standards. Working with advanced machinery and automated production systems, you help manufacture and package a wide range of food products. Depending on the department you join, your focus may be on processing activities or packaging operations. In both areas, you play an important role in maintaining efficiency, product quality and operational performance.

What will you do?

• Prepare, operate and fine-tune production and packaging equipment based on production requirements;
• Keep a close eye on machine performance and production output, making adjustments when needed;
• Collaborate with team members across the production area to ensure daily targets are met efficiently;
• Detect technical issues at an early stage and resolve minor faults or coordinate with the maintenance team when necessary;
• Carry out routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition;
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.

You will work in a three-shift schedule consisting of morning, afternoon and night shifts. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to a reliable production process and help ensure that high-quality food products are delivered to customers every day.

Jouw kwaliteiten
What are we looking for?
We are searching for an Operator with experience in a production environment who enjoys working with machinery and automated processes. You understand how to keep production running efficiently, can identify issues quickly and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. As this position operates on a three-shift schedule, flexibility regarding working hours is important.

You are someone who:

• Has previous experience operating machines and overseeing production activities within a manufacturing environment;
• Is confident working with automated production systems and digital process controls;
• Has strong technical insight and can recognise irregularities in production processes;
• Pays close attention to detail and understands the importance of quality, safety and productivity;
• Is available to work rotating morning, evening and night shifts.

The following qualifications are an advantage:

• A valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate;
• A VAPRO qualification, HACCP certificate or a comparable production-related certification.
