Production Team Supervisor

Role Description
We are looking for a Production Team Supervisor to lead and coach a team on the shop floor and ensure the production plan is delivered to the required standards. This role is hands-on and operational, with ownership for daily performance across safety, quality, output, hygiene, and basic technical coordination.

Responsibilities
-The Production Team Supervisor will be responsible for:
-Leading, motivating, training, and coaching a team of employees
-Taking day-to-day operational ownership for safety, quality, quantity, hygiene, and technical performance within the department
-Ensuring production runs smoothly in line with the production plan (using rosters, planning, team meetings, and KPI/figures analysis)
-Identifying improvement opportunities and actively driving practical process enhancements
-Participating in and/or leading project groups to support operational improvements

Requirements
-MBO/HBO working and thinking level
-Ideally at least 3 years’ experience in a production and/or logistics environment in a similar leadership role
-Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with food safety and compliance standards (e.g., HACCP, Food Defense, allergens) is preferred
-Willingness to complete required internal training (e.g., safety instructions, internal audit, BHV, VOP / NEN 3140)
