Warehouse Employee

What you'll be doing
Would you like to work as a Warehouse Employee for a stable, international organization where everything is well organized? In this full-time position in Dordrecht, you will work at a modern BREEAM-certified work location. There is room for both starting and experienced warehouse employees.
As a Warehouse Employee, you ensure that goods arrive at the right place at the right time. You receive incoming goods, check quantities and carefully register everything. You then store the goods in the correct location in the warehouse. You will also pick and pack orders and prepare shipments for transport. You will work with various types of internal transport equipment, such as a forklift, reach truck, combitruck and order picker.
No two days are exactly the same. One moment you may be unloading a truck and checking a delivery, while the next you are picking an order or helping with an inventory count. You keep the warehouse organized and immediately report any discrepancies.
You will work within a committed logistics team where cooperation is important. Together, you ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly and that customers worldwide receive their products correctly and on time. Working accurately, handling goods and equipment safely and taking responsibility are therefore important aspects of this position.

You'll receive

• A gross monthly salary between €2,575 and €2,765 based on full-time employment, depending on experience.
• 30 days of annual leave based on full-time employment

The ideal candidate

• The ideal candidate has experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the industrial sector
• has a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate
• speaks and understands Dutch well
• is able to perform light physical work
• works accurately and safely according to established procedures
• is able to work independently and sees what needs to be done.

Where you'll work
You will join an international organization active in the industrial sector, serving customers worldwide from Dordrecht. Goods are received, stored and shipped from a modern and sustainably developed BREEAM-certified work location. The working environment is professionally organized, while the atmosphere remains informal and approachable.
Teamwork is central within the warehouse. You will work closely with colleagues from the logistics team every day and communicate with the team leader about planning, goods flows and any discrepancies. Everyone contributes to a safe and efficient process.

This is a full-time position in day shifts with two possible working schedules. You will work from 07:15 to 16:00 or from 08:45 to 17:00.
