GL Financial Accountant - International Company

Description

In this position, you will work in a team on various General Ledger activities. Support in daily activities such as the calculation of rates, journal postings, accrual building, concession fees, and asset management are part of the job. In addition, you will prepare and support the month-end close and the balance sheet reconciliation. To finalize the monthly results, you will liaise with the Controlling team and the local country controller. Another responsibility of this position is the declaration of VAT for the local operation.

• • Manage financial administration activities and prepare accurate financial reports.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, VAT returns, and bank transaction processing and reconciliations.
  • Support credit control and accounts receivable management to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier master data while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and contribute to process improvements within the Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles.

Profile

• You have a completed degree in Accounting or Finance
• You have a few years of working experience in a similar role
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• You are located in the Oosterhout area
• You are available for 32-40 hours per week
• You are a team player, structured, and result-driven
