Als Production Operator draag je bij aan de gezondheid van dieren wereldwijd door vaccins te inspecteren in een moderne GMP-omgeving. Je werkt met zowel handmatige als geautomatiseerde apparatuur en voert diverse voorbereidende processen uit, van sterilisatie tot filtertesten. Your new company
As a production operator, you will be responsible for inspecting filled vaccine products both manually and using automated visual inspection equipment. You will perform visual inspections and vacuum testing to ensure animal vaccines meet the highest quality standards. Working within a GMP-regulated production environment, you will support batch completion, documentation, logistics, and quality processes. Your new role
We are looking for Production Operators for the department responsible for producing live viral vaccines. We have several vacancies available because we are looking for multiple operators for different parts of the production process.In this role, you will carry out preparatory activities to support the production process, such as:
- Assembly, disinfection, cleaning and autoclaving of utensils.
- Identifying deviations and malfunctions related to the process, equipment, safety and waste disposal.
- Inventory management, including maintaining stock levels and determining minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in corridors and storage areas, and preparing media used for growing cells and viruses and for inactivation.
- Disinfection, cleaning and sterilisation of vessels and sonifiers, including CIP/SIP operation.
- Autoclave operation for sterilisation and destruction.
- Filter testing.
- You have completed a minimum MBO Level 3 education, preferably in VAPRO, Bioprocess Technology, Process Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, or regulated production industry is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a GMP environment is considered an advantage.
- You have strong attention to detail, a quality-focused mindset, and good communication skills in Dutch.
- Additionally, you have a technical aptitude and are willing to work in a two-shift production schedule.
Hays Detachering | This project will start with a 12-month contract through Hays, with the possibility of extension. You will join a modern GMP manufacturing environment within a globally recognised animal health organisation. A competitive salary package starting at €2500 brut per month and travel reimbursement are offered. Please note that this role operates in 2-shifts.
