Loader operator

As a Loader Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You work with large earth-moving machines and ensure that the various tasks within production run smoothly. Your responsibilities include processing and mixing raw materials and ensuring that the mixing, loading, and packaging lines are filled correctly. You’ll also keep a close eye on the production schedule and ensure that tasks are carried out according to plan. You’ll work independently, but you certainly won’t be on your own. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that the production process runs efficiently and safely. Because of the variety in your tasks, no two workdays are the same.

Our client is a family-owned business that has specialized in growing media and topsoil for about 100 years. Because the entire production process is managed in-house, quality is a top priority, and the organization possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Over four generations, the company has grown into one of the larger producers of growing media in Europe. At the Dutch locations in Helmond, Asten, and Cuijk, more than 170 colleagues work together every day. The work atmosphere is down-to-earth, informal, and welcoming. For this position, you’ll be working at the production site in Cuijk. You’ll join a dedicated team where collaboration, taking initiative, and working together to achieve good results are central to our approach.

• You have experience operating a loader or other earth-moving equipment;
• You are interested in raw materials and are open to learning new things;
• You have an affinity for machinery and the agricultural sector;
• You are independent, but also enjoy working with colleagues;
• You’re a real go-getter and enjoy varied work;
• You’re good at keeping track of the big picture and work accurately and safely;
• You’re fluent in Dutch and/or English.

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €2,608.26 to €3,894.02, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• 24 vacation days and 3.5 ATV days, plus any age-based days off;
