Are you an experienced Operator looking for a stable job in food production?

For Market Food Group in Bunschoten-Spakenburg, we are looking for a practical and responsible Operator. You will work in a professional bakery production environment where you are responsible for keeping the production or packaging line running smoothly.You monitor the production process, identify deviations and solve minor technical malfunctions. You also guide two to three colleagues and actively support the team on the production floor.

What will you do?

As an Operator, you are an important part of the production process. Your responsibilities include:

• Keeping the production or packaging line running smoothly
• Monitoring the production process and identifying deviations
• Thinking ahead and anticipating what is needed in the process
• Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions
• Guiding and supporting two to three employees
• Actively assisting on the production floor
• Ensuring a safe, clean and organised workplace

What do we expect from you?

• We are looking for someone who is practical, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility in a production environment.

You:

• Have experience working in a production environment
• Have bakery experience as an advantage, but this is not required
• Speak English and/or Dutch
• Are practical, proactive and technically minded
• Are able to clearly guide and supervise colleagues
• Are available to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
• Are comfortable working in a warm production environment
