• Have a good command of English or Dutch
• Preferably have experience in a demanding production environment or the metal industry

As one of the world's largest glass manufacturers, you ensure that the molds used to produce millions of bottles are always kept in top condition. At the modern factory in Leerdam, you play an important role in the production process and work alongside experienced colleagues to maintain the quality and reliability of the products. You will join a close-knit team where craftsmanship, technology, and teamwork are at the heart of everything.

What will you do?

• Collect contaminated mold parts and thoroughly clean them using, among other things, shot blasting machines and ultrasonic baths
• Polish components so they are smooth and shiny again
• Carry out quality inspections on plungers and other mold components
• Assess damage and replace or repair parts where necessary
• Work in a physically demanding role within an industrial environment where teamwork and a hands-on mentality are key
• You will work day shifts with a 5-shift allowance. Standard working hours are from 07:00 to 15:45
