Are you ready to be the driving force behind a smooth production process in the vibrant packaging industry? As an all-round operator, you’ll operate cutting and packaging machines, monitor product quality, and quickly resolve minor malfunctions. Your technical know-how keeps the production line running strong every day.

A typical day starts with the cutting machine. You check materials, open packs, load the machine, and keep your workspace tidy by clearing away scrap. Using a pallet jack, you move containers and keep the workflow organized. You’ll work closely with colleagues and communicate in English, the company’s main language. Flexibility is key, since you’ll be working 3 shifts.

You’ll be joining a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, producing tailor-made packaging for clients in food, beverages, industry, and pharmaceuticals. • Demonstrated technical insight through education (high school or MBO level) or relevant work experience
• Good command of English (company language)
• Flexible attitude and willingness to work in 3 shifts
• Proactive and communicative
• 0 to 5 years of experience as an operator or in a similar role

• Gross hourly wage of €20.03 (including shift allowance)
• 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday
• Clear working hours: 6:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 6:00
• A structured and clean work environment
