Machine Operator - Cheese House 🧀

Are you technically minded, have at least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, and speak fluent English? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do?
As a Machine Operator, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure that the production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
Setting up and changing over machines and production lines.
Operating modern machinery for different types and formats of cheese.
Checking the quality and progress of the production process.
Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions.
Working with the technical department to resolve major malfunctions.
Actively contributing ideas for improvements to the production process.
You will work in a clean and modern working environment with an enthusiastic team and direct lines of communication.
Who are we looking for?
At least 1 year of work experience as a Machine Operator.
You speak and understand fluent English.
MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level.
An interest in technology and the food industry.
You value safety, quality, and hygiene.
You are a good team player and can switch quickly between tasks.
You are available to work a 2-shift schedule: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
What do we offer?
€3,029 - €3,321 gross per month based on 36 hours per week, including an average 20% shift allowance.
8% holiday allowance and 24 days of annual leave.
