Operator / Machine Operator Food Production (Entry-Level Position)

What will you do?

As an Operator / Production Worker, you will support the production line while gradually learning all aspects of the operator role.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and supporting production machines
• Setting up and checking machines
• Checking the quality of products and packaging
• Supplying and replacing packaging materials
• Identifying and resolving minor production issues
• Supervising and guiding production employees on the line

You will work in a chilled production environment in a 2-shift schedule.

• MBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent
• An interest in technology and operating machinery
• Motivation to learn the operator profession
• A proactive and hands-on attitude
• Good teamwork skills and an interest in supervising colleagues
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Good command of the Dutch language or English
• Applicants must currently be living in the Netherlands; applications from abroad will not be considered.
