Junior Operator - 3 Shift

Work as a Junior Operator in a 3-shift system and help produce packaging that you’ll later see on supermarket shelves!

You start your day with a short meeting with your colleagues. Together, you go over the planning and prepare the first order. As a Junior Operator in a 3-shift system, you will be responsible for printing packaging films for well-known brands and supermarket products.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting the correct materials, such as films, inks, printing plates and other supplies
• Preparing the printing machine for production together with your colleagues
• Closely monitoring the printing process: are the colours correct? Is the print image sharp? Your attention to detail makes the difference
• Preparing the next order, including setting colours, changing materials and getting the machine ready for a smooth start
• Recording the production results and adjusting the machine settings for the next production run

• A gross monthly salary of €3,000 to €3,100, including a 20% shift allowance
