Polyester Finishing / Assembly Worker

What you'll be doing
As a Polyester Finishing / Assembly Worker, you will work on high-quality polyester products for the petrochemical, marine and offshore industries. These include certified boxes and cabinets, as well as components for cars and trucks.
Through an internal training program, you will gradually learn the entire production process. You will start by preparing and setting up new projects. You will then work on assembling molds and products. You will mark out products, cut materials to size and assemble components according to technical drawings.
You will also make wooden molds used in polyester production. As a Polyester Finishing / Assembly Worker, you will ensure that products are properly finished and meet the required quality standards. You will sand and polish various components and carry out minor repairs to polyester products.
At the end of the production process, you will carefully package the products and prepare them for shipment. You will work together with a team of production employees and, during the internal training program, learn about various tasks within the production process. This will allow you to gradually develop your skills towards becoming an independent polyester processor or plastics processor.
Depending on the projects, you may also occasionally work at locations elsewhere in the Netherlands or abroad.
The working environment is informal and practical. The team works hard when a project requires it, but there is also plenty of room for a joke and a friendly atmosphere with colleagues. Mutual support and good teamwork are central to the company.

• A gross salary of €2,600 to €3,500 depending on knowledge and experience

• Has LTS/MTS level of education and working experience
• Can read technical drawings
