Description
- Manage the complete air freight export process from start to finish
- Handle bookings, pre-alerts, customs documentation, deliveries, and invoicing
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and keep them informed throughout the entire shipment process
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands, across Europe, and within international shared service teams
- Independently identify and resolve operational and administrative issues
- Support reporting, documentation, and customer-specific requests
Profile
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in air freight, preferably with a focus on exports
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator
- Able to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of international air freight regulations and documentation is an advantage
- Dutch language skills are a plus, but not required
- An IATA Dangerous Goods Certificate and/or Security Awareness Certificate is considered a strong advantage
