Food Machine Operator - Cheese Production in Lopik

Are you experienced in food production and ready for a new challenge in cheese processing? As a Food Machine Operator in Lopik, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing automated and semi-automated cheese production lines. Your daily tasks involve controlling process parameters like temperature and mixing time, ensuring recipes are followed, and maintaining high standards of food safety and product quality.

You will work with a team of skilled operators, technical staff, and quality controllers in a fast-paced environment. Each day brings variety: you start your shift by checking the machines, set up production lines, resolve technical issues, and carry out quality checks. Experience with multi vacuum machines, which create rolls of cheese, is highly valued. You will coordinate with maintenance and technical services in case of malfunctions, document production data, and help coach less experienced colleagues.

• Experience as a process operator in food production, preferably dairy or cheese sector
• MBO-3 or MBO-4 diploma in process technology, food technology, or a technical field
• Good knowledge of process automation and quality systems (HACCP)
• Able to identify and solve technical/process issues independently
• English at B1 level is needed for this job - you must be able to read instructions and communicate at work
