As a Confectioning Operator Conveyor Belts, you play a crucial role in the production and finishing of high-quality conveyor belts. This specialized position requires a high level of precision, as products are manufactured to millimeter accuracy. You will perform various processing techniques, including punching, sealing, and heat or high-frequency pressing. Depending on the assignment, you will operate machinery or carry out manual preparation and finishing tasks. Quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are at the heart of all your activities.

Your 3 main responsibilities are:

Performing production activities such as punching, sealing, and pressing conveyor belts.
Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Operating machinery and carrying out preparation and finishing work as required.

Gevraagd

• An MBO-level education or equivalent practical experience and intellectual capability.
• Proficiency in the English language, both in writing and speaking.
• Experience in a production setting or the conveyor belt sector is beneficial.
• A conscientious approach coupled with motivation and a constructive attitude.
• The capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Aanbod

• A monthly gross salary ranging from €2,525 to €3,300, based on your experience and qualifications.
• An initial contract of 7 months with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment.
• 26 days of annual leave and a travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer starting from 0.1 km.
